I would consider myself a hospitality, activity and fitness guru who lives for the Ocean everyday. I have lived my life constantly searching for aquatic adventures and thrive on my daily yoga practice. I earned a degree from Florida Gulf Coast University where I studied Resort and Hospitality management with a focus on Recreational event planning. I have achieved several fitness certifications, Including my RYT200 Yoga certification, SUP Yoga Certification, Aerial yoga certification, L1 Paddle instructor certification,Group X and personal training certifications.
I have been leading group fitness and yoga classes since 2010 and look forward to every class I teach. With my years experience as a Resort Recreational Manager for Marriott and Ritz Carlton Properties and my experience leading and organizing recreational and team building events I have been working towards my ultimate goal of owning this business (In-House Retreats) where I am able to share my passion for activities with others around me.I strive to spread love, light, and smiles to everyone I surround myself with and look forward to every wave I catch in the ocean, every yoga class I teach and strive to see the results of recreational activities as they benefit those around me.
